Integrative health coaching takes a whole-person approach to your health — looking at nutrition, lifestyle, stress, sleep, and the interconnections between your body's systems. It's evidence-based and root-cause focused, meaning we look for why your symptoms are happening rather than just managing them. It draws on multiple disciplines — nutritional science, functional medicine principles, Ayurvedic philosophy — to build a picture that's specific to you.
It's not a replacement for your GP — it's complementary to the care you already receive. GPs work within a system designed to diagnose and treat specific conditions. My role is to investigate the factors that may be driving your symptoms — nutrition, lifestyle, gut health, stress load, sleep quality — and support you in making sustainable changes. I work alongside your medical team, not instead of them.
Yes — all consultations are conducted online via video call. I work with women across the UK and Ireland, and online sessions are just as thorough and personal as in-person ones. You'll need a quiet space, a device with a camera, and a reasonable internet connection.
I work primarily with women experiencing chronic digestive symptoms, hormonal imbalance, persistent fatigue, brain fog, or a combination of these. Many of my clients have seen multiple practitioners without finding answers. If you're not sure whether you're the right fit, book a free discovery call and we'll work that out together.
A discovery call is a free 20-minute conversation — no preparation needed on your part. I'll ask you to briefly describe what's been going on, what you've already tried, and what you're hoping to achieve. I'll explain how I work and which service might suit you. There's no obligation to proceed.
Root & Restore is a structured programme typically running over three months, with sessions at intervals that support meaningful change without overwhelming you. The initial consultation is 90 minutes; follow-up sessions are 50 minutes. The exact timeline is shaped by your starting point and your goals.
Never. I will not advise you to stop, reduce, or change any medication prescribed by your doctor. My role is to support your health through nutrition and lifestyle — not to interfere with your medical treatment. If anything I recommend is relevant to your medication, I will flag it and encourage you to discuss it with your prescribing physician.

Yes — WhatsApp and email support is included throughout the Root & Restore programme. This is for questions, updates, and support between sessions — not for urgent or medical matters. If you have a medical concern between sessions, please contact your GP or appropriate medical service.
