The Story
In 2022, we bought Knockadawk Farm in the rolling countryside of Co. Wexford — a working farm with a stone barn, open land, and a view that stopped us in our tracks. The vision was always a family one. My husband, myself, and our children, including Calum who was studying agriculture in Ireland with exactly this future in mind.
A month after we completed the purchase, my husband passed away unexpectedly.
What followed was one of the hardest periods of our lives. But Knockadawk remained. Our family has held onto the vision together — and Calum, now 25, has made the farm his daily commitment, continuing his agricultural path with exactly the future we always imagined for this land.
This is a family story. One we are proud to be telling.
"We chose to keep going. The farm became not just a place, but a family commitment."

The Vision
A regenerative working farm, an artisan food production kitchen, and an immersive retreat experience rooted in nature, nourishment, and Ayurvedic wellbeing.
Zone 1 — The Farmyard
The original stone barn will become an artisan food production kitchen, farm shop, and café — with a quiet wellness studio and treatment space for year-round client work.
Zone 2 — The Retreat Ground
Open land with elevated views, developed with beautifully appointed shepherd huts, a community yurt for yoga and meditation, and off-grid infrastructure. A place to truly disconnect.
The Growing Ground
A certified organic kitchen garden supplying the retreat with seasonal produce grown in alignment with Ayurvedic principles. Calum leads the regenerative dairy — including a robotic milking system — alongside.
