These terms and conditions govern your use of this website and the services provided by Michaela Mulholland Integrative Health (referred to as 'we', 'us', or 'our'). By accessing this website or booking our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Michaela Mulholland operates as an integrative health and lifestyle coach. All services provided — including the Root & Restore programme, Gut Health Assessment, and individual follow-up sessions — are health coaching services only. They do not constitute medical advice, medical treatment, or a clinical service regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) or any equivalent body. Our services are complementary to, and do not replace, the care of your GP or any other medical professional.
The information provided on this website and in coaching sessions is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. You should always consult your GP or a qualified medical professional before making changes to your diet, lifestyle, or supplement regime, particularly if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking prescribed medication, or have a diagnosed medical condition. We will never advise you to stop or change any prescribed medication.
All bookings are made via Calendly and confirmed by email. Full payment is required to secure your place. The Root & Restore programme payment plan (£500 deposit followed by two payments of £450) is available — terms are agreed at the time of booking. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and EUR (€). We reserve the right to update pricing at any time, but confirmed bookings will honour the price agreed at the time of booking.
We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may not be eligible for a refund or rescheduled appointment. The four follow-up sessions included in the Root & Restore programme must be used within 6 months of the initial consultation. Sessions not used within this period will be forfeited without refund.
If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us within 7 days at hello@michaelamulholland.co.uk and we will work to resolve the issue. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Discovery calls are free and non-refundable as no payment is taken. Once a programme has commenced and the initial consultation has taken place, refunds for the programme fee are at our discretion.
All client information shared during coaching sessions is treated as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your personal health information to any third party without your consent, except where required by law or where we have a safeguarding concern. Notes from sessions are retained securely in line with our Privacy Policy.
Michaela Mulholland holds professional indemnity and public liability insurance through Balens. All coaching practice adheres to the professional and ethical standards of the relevant professional bodies of which we are members.
All content on this website — including articles, recipes, programme materials, and downloadable resources — is the intellectual property of Michaela Mulholland Integrative Health. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Michaela Mulholland Integrative Health shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The date at the top of this page indicates when they were last revised. Continued use of the website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
